The Wool Labs management team is a collection of forward thinking, accomplished marketing technology thought leaders who bring together a comprehensive view  and depth of experience enabling highly innovative intelligence solutions to businesses.

In 2005, Knosis Group, a Philadelphia-based software company know for innovations in data driven, flash based applications, began processing dialogue data through their applications. In 2006, Knosis group launched a first-to-market Social Media Monitoring tool, Scientia- The Science of Brand. Scientia was quickly adopted by many leading marketing companies to monitor brand awareness within online communities. Wool.labs was formed in April of 2009 by Scott Reese through the acquisition of The Knosis Group and MIM, a marketing technology company based in Wayne PA with a unique focus in mobile technologies. Wool.labs has quickly become the leader in Social Cognition based Business Intelligence solutions with headquarters in the Technology Corridor just west of Philadelphia, Washington DC and San Francisco. Wool.labs serves clients in a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology, Financial Services, Government Affairs, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Marketing/Communications Agencies.

Our clients frequently ask us to help them with issues and to reccomend solutions when their agencies and vendors don't provide the expertise required for particular initiatives.  Those solutions range include database development and data driven eCRM, digital strategies, viral marketing strategies, mobile application development and deployment. We also help companies develop industry specific, highly customized software solutions – all built on our ALPACA Platform.

The LAB
Wool.labs, on a highly selective basis, helps unique start-ups with commercialization. We help these companies with fundraising efforts, technology development, and business development. Leadership Team

Scott Reese, Chief Executive Officer

Scott Reese is a recognized innovator, agency executive and thought leader in technology based, creative endeavors. Prior to forming Wool Labs, Scott held the position of Senior Vice President, DIGITAS Health, a member of the Paris‐based Publicis Groupe. While with Digitas, Mr. Reese was the key conceptual architect of the first and only‐to‐date branded social media platform in the pharmaceutical industry. Scott has also served as Brand Architect, Director of Creative Strategy, for Scient/iXL, a tier‐one creative, technology, and strategy consultancy. While with iXL Scott played a leadership role in the development of many first to market web programs and new technology applications including WebMD, StarBand, Net 2000, XM and Nextel. Scott has led marketing and technology endeavors for some of the largest and most recognizable companies in the world. Over the course of his career, Scott has won numerous awards and has been a guest speaker and presenter at many industry events including the Center for Business Intelligence, AIGA Design Camp, Design Management Institute, and Art Center College of Design.

Michele Bennett, Chief Operation Officer

Michele Bennett possesses strong and equal expertise in management, marketing, and technology.  For that last 20 years, she has launched and managed numerous organizations in various verticals but all within the advanced technology space.  She functioned as COO for a startup technology services company that eventually was sold to Ciber, working with clients such as E.I. DuPont, SAP, IBM, Sanofi-Aventis, and Merck.   She launched the east coast operations of a west coast-based data warehousing software company functioning as COO and sales executive.  Through her career, she has managed small and large teams, global product launches, and new technology development such as delivering one of the nation’s first electronic new drug applications, implementing a world-wide documentation management system for 80,000 employees across 27 countries, assisting in the development of SAP Americas’ first graphical user interface, managing the 22,000 patient clinical trial database for the drug Plavix, and launching of one of the industry’s first distance education systems. Michele created and ran Roska Digital Advertising, championing new business efforts to win clients including PGA Tour, J&J, Eisai, and P&G.  Most recently, she co-founded Marketing Intelligence Management, which focuses on marketing-centric technical solutions including social media marketing and mobile application development.

Armon Vincent, Chief Innovation Officer

Armon Vincent is a born problem solver, possessing a combination of strategic thinking, user experience design, and data analysis to harmoniously achieve his objectives. For the last 15 years he has launched over 45 websites and pioneered new technology in streaming media. As Director of Interactive services for the MCM Group he architected a rich media application that revolutionized how managed care viewed and accessed treatment cost data across multiple disease states. For the last six years he has functioned at the executive level in advertising agencies where his clients included Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Glaxo Smith Kline, and SEI Investments. In addition Armon lead the global requirements gathering and digital strategy for the Project Management Institute’s virtual community initiative. As the inventor of WebDig, Armon’s current focus is on expanding the WebDig platform and leveraging it to create new types of social community monetization.

Jeff Dingle, Chief Technology Officer

Jeff Dingle is a senior software architect and developer responsible for the development of software systems. Jeff has led development teams in areas that include: media creation, content management, rich media content delivery over email and broadcast. In addition Jeff was an early leader in the development of flash based database driven online games. Jeff has broad based experience in creating transaction based systems across multiple verticals including retail, financial, and pharmaceutical. Jeff holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Villanova University.

Steve Chiles, Chief Marketing Officer

Steve Chiles is a 15-year digital marketing professional who has worked across multiple industries to develop business-driving strategies. Partnering with top brands and executive teams - as Vice President, Marketing at DIGITAS Health he has led agency of record relationships and strategic initiatives for clients such as Johnson and Johnson, Astra Zeneca, Pharmacia, Pfizer, Galderma, Schering-Plough and Merck. With Refinery (now G2 Interactive) he led the Campbell’s Soup Company digital agency of record business and has also worked with Miller Brewing Company, ARAMARK, United Technologies and Southern New England Telephone, among others. Steve has developed accounts and relationships consistently through client partnership, channel innovation and business insight. His breadth of domestic and global experience gives him deep knowledge of brands and brand strategy development as well as the ability to consult with clients of all types to solve problems and bring new ideas to the table.
